Please note - You may not receive the exact same equipment that is shown in the picture as we do have different makes and models in stock.

Condition of Equipment when Returned. Please return the equipment in the same condition it was delivered to you. Please wipe down all equipment. If you have a water hose at your disposal, please rinse the chairs, wagons, and umbrellas to remove as much sand as possible before the equipment is returned.

Delivery and Pickup. We will deliver the equipment to your rental property on the afternoon of your arrival date some time between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Due to the number of orders we recieve, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. We will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible, and if you give us a call the day of delivery we can narrow down the time window for you. We will pick up all equipment in the morning of your departure date between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. We ask that all equipment and linens are placed outside of your rental location by 9 a.m. for pickup. Please do not lock any equipment inside the house. If any customer leaves equipment inside the house on the day of departure, there will be a $15 charge to pick up the key from the realtor. If you need to extend your rental period, please call us in advance. We cannot guarantee the availability of the equipment without advanced notification. There are no refunds after order is delivered. Delivery charge is not included in the rental fee and varies depending on the location. Some items require in-store pickup and an additional cash deposit that is returned at the end of the rental.

Scooter Rentals. In order to reserve your scooter in advance: 1. Call to make sure the dates you want are available. 2. Send a fifty dollar deposit, which will be taken off of your balance, to hold your reservation. Scooter rental deposits are non-refundable. ALL Scooters are due to return by 8:00 am on pick up date.


Payment. We accept cash and checks/money orders. Cash payment is to be made at the time of delivery directly to the driver. If you are sending a check, please send it at least two weeks prior thus ensuring it has enough time to be cleared before delivery.


Cancellation. Deposits are refundable upon receipt of written notice 14 days prior to arrival and are subject to a 25% service charge. No refund will be given if we are not notified at least 14 days in advance. No refunds will be given for unused day(s)/early pick-up or no shows – no exceptions.
